Imagine having an event where people can choose from multiple dates!
There is only one problem...
Let me explain:
Lets say i have an event on monday, thursday and friday.
My signup form would look something like this:
Wich day do you want to attend? (Checkmark one day)
Monday (8 spots left)
Thursday (3 spots left)
Friday (6 Spots left)
Now the problem would be that after someone signs up for lets say Friday, i would have to go into jotform and manualy change "spots left" from 6 to 5.
Wouldn't it be awesome if this was automated? Someone picks a date and "boooom" the values for the next person to sign up changes automagicly.. He would now see a realtime spot availability.
Even better: When a "spot availability" reaches zero, this day or date wil be removed from the form..
All i have to do now is 1.create the form 2.create a autorespond message to conform their date 3. sit back relax and make sure my event Rocksss.. 3step simplicity right there (even Apple would be jealous)
How sweet would that be??
I don't know if this is possible, but if it's not available yet, then what are you guys waiting for?
Jotform is a timesaver for me, and if this little trick would be possible also.... Oeeee weeee, I would be using Jotform for my entire business...
I really hope this is already possible and that i am overlooking some option, otherwise i really really really hope you guys can figure a way to make this happen.
I will hear from you.

Thank you for the nice comments and we are glad that JotForm is making your form building tasks a lot easier and bearable.
I recall my colleague at JotForm Support created a form that might be the answer to your concern - http://www.jotform.com/form/11311631259.
Please test drive it and let us know if this workaround is acceptable to you. Have fun using JotForm!

I don't really know if i understand the form you posted above.
It is a product order form?

Sorry about that. What I meant to show you was the counter below the form. This counter shows the total number of submissions received through that form. On second thought, I don't think this is what you're looking for. I believe you need is the reverse (counting backwards up to zero). Sorry but I don;t think this is possible with JotForm at this time.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you and have fun using JotForm!
