JotForm forms are responsive. They are already optimized for mobile phones and responsive devices.
You can also Inject Custom CSS codes to your forms or download your form's source code and customize it in anyway you want.
Hope this will help.

You can check this guide that we have on how to make your form mobile responsive: http://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-forms-Mobile-Responsive.
Using custom CSS code will also work but you will need knowledge with CSS to do it, our developers have made this process easy for users to do.

You're welcome, I'm glad that it helped you.
Regarding the CSS, it's good to learn some new skills, you can take advantage of our Form Designer and it'll help you on designing manually, at the same time, using also custom CSS. Here's a guide you can checkout: http://www.jotform.com/help/300-Form-Designer-Tutorial-Let-s-create-fantastic-forms-.
