I downgraded my account today and it says it is scheduled to be cancelled manually. Do I need to do something else manually or do you?

    Since you were paying using Paypal, here is a guide on how to cancel your subscription.

    1. Log in to your PayPal account

    2. Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm

    3. Click on the subscription number for that transaction

    4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

    The account will be cancelled and will auto downgrade to Free plan on the date of its expiration.
