I am actually having a different issue now. A customer is trying to make a payment and she has submitted a payment previously a few weeks ago. She has filled out the form and is getting a message saying: " a duplicate transaction has been submitted" I am not sure why it is doing this and it is declining her payment.

I took a look at your jotform Devin and I see no limits being set in the preferences. Can you please tell us if you have already removed them or if you are still experiencing this same issue?
Looking at the payment tool, it seems to be properly set up so there should be no issues with it.
I have also cleared your jotform cache to make sure that it is not the one that is causing this and would like to ask you if you can check if the same issue is still presenting itself.

Everything has been running smoothy but I have ran into another problem. It may be on all of the forms but I had a customer attach 2 documents and only 1 showed up in the "Color Form". It recently been happening and I do not know why. I tried it myself and attached 3 and only 1 showed up.
