    Unable to find my imported Adobe Forms after receiving email that they are imported

    Yesterday I began to look at JotForm as a replacement for Adobe Forms.  I wanted to see more about the program and it bringing over our forms from Adobe.  I did the procedure to move the forms and I got emails telling me they were complete.  They look exactly like the forms from Adobe.  I did create a free account just to play around with and my forms are no where to be found.  Can you please help me find my forms or set up an account so I can get them.



    A secondary question is on the premium pricing plan --does the 1,000 submissions a month start over at the start of each new month?

    I see the issue Stephanie. Your jotforms are there, just in another account.

    This is the account name: user_46e602959ced3c9a0108e5ce1

    Now since the emails are not the same, I can not transfer the forms to the account that you have created, but if you send us an email from the email you have mentioned (not the one that your account is currently registered with) to support@jotform.com and mentioning this thread (http://www.jotform.com/answers/510668) we would be able to transfer all jotforms and their submissions to the account that you have created.

    We have transferred all of the forms from account user_46e602959ced3c9a0108e5ce1 to account username sswan upon having received a message via email from your email account ss**n@or*******fscme.com
