Spreadsheet to form: Error: ReferenceError: XLSX is not defined.

Doesn't work. Even following these instructions exactly, I get the error “ReferenceError: XLSX is not defined”

Can you try removing the widget and adding it back again? If the same thing happens again, kindly share with us a short recording of how you are encountering the error on your end. You can use https://www.loom.com/ or upload it to GDrive or Dropbox, please make sure you set it to the public before you share it with us.
