Save Forms to Continue Later: How to check the saved data of second form?

I'd like to be able to see who has started filling in my forms and then not completed them or hit submit.  My forms use the save as you go feature on clicking on the Next button.  Is there any way I can access this information?

If so, is it also possible to see where in the form they gave up?

The main form in question is this one which is available in two languages, hence two urls:

    http://www.jotform.com//?formID=31503996964365

    http://www.jotform.com//?formID=31504690352348

    Many thanks.

    Hello dickiebird,

Do you mean to say that you are using "Save Forms to Continue Later" feature? I did check your account but could not find any first form to start saving the session.

Please be noted that for the save forms to continue later feature to work, it requires two forms but I am unable to find the first form as mentioned in this guide. Please let us know which form you are using as first form and we will take a look.

You will have to use the email addresses you have received in first form to check the data saved by user in the second form.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Hi Ashwin

I didn't write the Save feature but I'm pretty sure I don't have a first form as I've not seen one in my Jotform forms listing.  I'm going to have to get back in touch with the original developer to find out how he's done it, then get back to you.

    Thanks for you time,

    jo

    Hello dickiebird,

Sure please speak to the him to find out more information on this.

Please ask your developer to take a look at the following guide which will confirm that you need two forms for the "Save Forms to Continue Later" to work:  http://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
