Authorize.net integration issues: Error 8: The credit card has expired. and Error 13 Wrong merchant ID

    Hello,

I integrated an authorize.net payment gateway on multiple forms, but now when I test the integration is is giving an error that says "Credit Card Expired." I am confused, as it is not a credit card, but API and Transaction Keys that I am submitting, not credit card information.

Please let me know if there is something that I am doing incorrectly or if this is possibly an issue with authorize.net.

    Thank you!

I see that the error "Error 8: The credit card has expired." is shown to you when you click on Test Integration button, which is a bit misleading. The true error Brittni is the one shown on the screenshot, suggesting that your API Login ID or Transaction Key fields do not hold correct values - or that you do not have active account on Authorize.net.

What I would suggest is to check your API keys one more time and copy paste them directly from Authorize.net.

I will also raise this to our developers to make sure that there is no error in the back just in case, but please update us once you try copy pasting the API keys again.
