When I look at my list of forms and click on one, the submission button on top says there are 20 submissions. But when I click to view them, it says there are no submissions to display. Where are my submissions?

Form ID in question is 1892740285

I am having the same problem.  We are counting on, and paid for, JotForm to handle donations for a large event coming up, and we'd like to have some assurance QUICKLY that we can move forward with this!

The same problem just noticed. Looks like they have database infrastructure issues. We do fall semester registrations using jotforms - I can not imagine loosing this data...

For what it's worth, I installed the iPhone app and I can still view all submissions there.

OK. That gives some hope. Not having iPhone, I will have to wait until they fix the web access.

It's pretty unbelievable that this core functionality of JotForm is completely broken. I assume refunds will be given to everyone effected?

You can probably actually count the loses: 300k users x Failure time = Substantial money. Very disturbing is no communication from the company. It lowers the trust and loyalty of the users...

Having the same issues as everyone else.  We are using the submissions for a huge ad campaign and this is making it very frustrating and will have an effect on the success or failure of this campaign!!

    UPDATE : FIXED 3:13 am edt 8/21/2010!

Sorry about that. We introduced a bug to our software on Friday afternoon. The problem was then fixed early Saturday morning.

There was no data loss or anything like that. The submissions page simply gave an error that said there are no submissions. We apologise for any inconvenience or frustration this might have caused.
