I believe the Text field where the Venue, Date, etc... are not being translated because it has a similar field with that content. What you could do is delete the duplicate and add the translation. I've cloned your form for testing purposes: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50370712435953
For the Form Warning->Please Wait, I am also unable to make it translate. I'll escalate this one to our developers to take a closer look, it might be a bug on the Language settings. We'll update you immediately when we hear any news.

This is still very relevant. The issue has been assigned to one of our developers and given the highest priority. Due to the Adobe Forms Central closure, our development team has been a bit spread thin so it appears this issues has taken a bit longer than normal to be resolved. I assure you, as soon as they have a chance it will be addressed and taken care of.

I'm sorry for the late response. We fixed the issue on "Please wait" translations. You should set it again from Form Languages.
