Hi Sean. Thanks for responding. Sorry if my query wasn't clear. What I am wanted to do is....in one of the text boxes on my form I want to ask if they have read and agree to the terms and conditions and put a link they can click on that will take them to the PDF of the terms and agreements document. Regards Tracey

    Hi Tracey,

Thank you for getting back to us. If I am not mistaken, you would like to use a text box/drop down menu to provide Yes/No options for the user to choose from to show if they have read the terms and conditions are not. You would also like the link for the terms and conditions to be provided on the form itself.

It is possible for you to do this but there is a more subtle way to get this done. This guide provides details needed to use a check box to both provide the link for the terms and conditions and it is also used as an option to show either or not the user read the information in the terms and condition.

You can explore this widget as well: Terms & Conditions

I hope this helps. Feel free to contact us if further support is needed.

    Cheers!
