    How can I keep track of my tickets?

    Jotform satisfied most of our needs. however, I have a few questions:


    1. Is it possible for the user to see his/her filled in request or bug report? 

    2. Is it possible to have an overview of all the issues, in which they can be sorted by status, priority and/or category?

    3. Is it possible for the user then to see the status of his/her issue?


    We would love to use jotform, but these features are definitely required.

    But the status of your tickets are not visible. We usually simply post an update on the thread when it is completed.
