I get the forms emailed back in two formats. I like one over the other and don't know how to make them all the same

    I have a mac, another person has a PC, and the third person has a mac. We are getting example one (that I will attach below on both the mac and PC) while a third person is getting what we want on their mac.

    I want to attach both forms, but your system only allows me to send one. Please let me know how to send the form we don't like so you can see both?

    Please tell me how to always get the better report form on all computers or give me a call at 206-255-4483.

    There were  2 email submission because in your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50175911098962, there were also two(2) E-mail Notifier setup on the form.

    The Notifier 1 is the one not using the default email setup.

    you can delete the not used Notifier by clicking on the red X button.
