    How long does the import form from FormCentral takes

    How long does the process take?

    A lot of users having the same problem. I think that if the import process sends e-mail when the process starts or end with errors or successful import the forms, everyone will be happy. Regards.

    Importing the forms from FornCentral to your JotForm account should only take a couple of minutes.

     

    Did you already used the custom import tool on your FormCentral forms?

    I checked your JotForm account/username jchenu  

    but so far, I see only one form and its doesn't look like a FormCentral imported form.

    Please try using the import tool on your formcentral forms if you haven't yet

     1. Navigate to our Import Forms page, click on "Import Form":

    We are still investigating the reason why your data has not arrived. It is a big data with over 1000+ responses. So, something is messing things up. It is probably timing out before processing the whole data. 

    But, we will sort it out. I want you to know we are aware of this problem.

    Your imported data is not counted towards your monthly free limit. So, you do not need to upgrade to a paid plan at this time.
