I am having the same problem.
I submitted a form today at 1:30pm, abandon it at the PayPal page.
As of 4:10pm there has been no E-mail received.
This is the form:
The 30 minute delay would be fine (fantastic even!), but alas, I receive nothing.
This really does need to be looked at ASAP.

I don't understand. I followed your link and I don't see a resolution here.
If you're pointing me to the answer you wrote about setting the PayPal field properties, I've already done that, but no E-mail is sent/received.
There was a time that this did work (not with this form, but with an earlier form. This form is relatively new).
Please let me know.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
As mentioned to you on this thread, this issue is already reported to our back end team and they are already looking into this issue. We will get back to you as soon as this issue is fixed.

I've just replied on the other thread confirming that the problem has been fixed. Please do let us know if the problem persists
