    No Email Notificaiton

    I have tried two submission test just now and still couldn't receive the mail notice, kindly please help asap

    Hello amchamhk,

    I did check both your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured all the email alerts correctly and you should be receiving the submission emails correctly. I also checked our email logs and found that submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below :

    Have you checked your spam folder already? Please check your spam folder and see if the submission emails ended up there.

    If the issue persists, you may like to change the "Sender Email" to "noreply@jotform.com". Please check the screenshot below:
