Notification Emails have stopped

    I stopped getting notification e mails on my forms, do you know what could have changed or gone wrong?

    Can you tell us the URL of your jotform that is having this issue? You have a lot of forms already, and I could not determine which one.

    I already checked your account  FrankBalistreri  and the email account, but they are Active and in good status.

    You can also check on your end if an email is bounce listed .

    And you can also check the sent emails in your Email History logs
