Integration problem with ZOHO

    Buen día
     
    Tengo el siguiente problema:
     
    utilizar JotForm vincular formulario con Zoho, pero al tratar de integrar no aparecen me 3 campos de formulario Zoho.
     
    Ellos son:
     
    Interesado en estudiar campus:
    Interesados ​​en estudiar Distancia:
    Interesado en estudiar en la Sede del Sur
     
    Yo no aparezco en la integración, cómo puedo solucionar esto?

    Hi,

    Try changing the field type in your Zoho field from "Mutiselect Pick List" to just "Pick List":

    Then redo the integration after changing it. See if that works. I think that's the reason why they don't appear in the Dropdown options.

    I would also like to know the following:

    a. If that fields are a custom one in your Zoho field lists?

    b. If the fields are added into a custom section?

    c. If you have it integrated to a "Contact" or "Leads"
