what would happen or what do we need to do if we exceed the submission quota (for free account)?

    Hi,

Firstly, when you exceed the submission quota, your forms get disabled for that month and will be active on next month. Let's say you signed up at October 18th and you exceeded at October 25th then you have to wait until November 18th to get your submission counter reseted and forms active.

Secondly, if you cannot wait until next month and you exceeded your submission quota, you can purchase the premium account and keep your forms active.

FYI, if you face a situation like this please ask us immediately because we would not want your forms to be disabled on your site.

    Have a great day.
