Embedding my form into my wordpress website.

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. You can use our Customer Feedback Form Template. Then you can Embed it into your web page. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.

3. Now, click on the embed option you want to use, and copy the code.

4. That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.

Jotform Feedback buttons are highly customizable. You can locate them on the either side of the page, or at the bottom. You can choose your own button color. You can customize the form with your own questions. You can change the colors, and the size of the popup window 

If you already have a Jotform account with many forms Settings page has a “form picker” where you can access your Jotform account and select which form to be used.
