when I click a link on my page to open the form (suppose to be in a lightbox), there is momentarily a lightbox and then the page is replaced with a full page form (no lightbox). Please help. There are screen shots of the code attached.

Also, when I target the link to open in a blank tab, upon closing that tab with the full page form, I see that the original page now has the lightbox with the form loaded in it correctly.

Strange. Again, please help.

There is no need to open multiple threads for the same reason, please continue in this thread. We would like to go into the URL of the web page where the form is embedded to check further.
