I'm looking to create 2 forms (they may be quite long - possibly 50 entries), and i would like an end-user to complete them, pay a fee at the end, then have their entries e-mailed to them in a nice PDF form.
(Any entries that weren't completed on the form, are to be left out fo the PDF)
I do not need to see what they enter into the form necessarily.
Is this something that your service can accomodate?

Unfortunately this feature is not available the form result/entries can be sent via email in text or html format only. This has been added to the feature request list though. As a work around what you can do is to include a link within the autoresponder that links to the rss of the submission entries. You can do this by simply adding the following in the email's body of the autoresponder.
Of course you will need to create rss report you may visit the following screen cast on how this can be done.
The report will contain all of the fields including entries which were not filled out, the option to remove empty responses in the submission is not available.
