Inquiry on Templates And Overall Design Features?Asked by Joe on February 10, 2015 at 06:32 PM
Please build better templates (like typeform.com) - I love jotform, but it's becoming unusable. Nothing is truly responsive (what jotform calls responsive, is silly) or mobile enabled (large fields, big text, good UX), there are no step-by-step options, and the designs are from the 90's.
I love and have used jotform in the past - but have not been able to work with them in almost two years because the front end is just completely antiquated. I hope you fix it, because it's sad that a great product like this is going completely to waste because of design issues.
JotForm's developers and its upper management are continuously working on innovating the form builder, putting into consideration the user experience, functionality and overall design. I'm not sure if you are familiar with the new features that JotForm offers, but you can check our blog to know more.
Last year we have launched the new Form Designer and the Theme store, giving the users the ability to redesign their forms using a powerful tool and having a variety of themes (aside from templates) to choose from.

Through these, we have also improved the responsiveness of the forms, here's a guide on how to make the form mobile responsive: How To Make the Form Mobile Responsive.
I hope this helps. Do let us know if you have other concerns by opening a new thread.
