Multiple repetative fields displayed row-by-row in a 'report'

    Hi,

     

    I have created a single Form with multiple repetitive fields that look like this:

     

    Item 1: Day, Week, Month, Year

    Item 2: Day, Week, Month, Year

    Item 3: Day, Week, Month, Year

    Item 4: Day, Week, Month, Year

    etc.

     

    When I look at the 'report' (either online or as an Excel file) the Items are not shown on individual rows, they are presented in one row, so all the data goes right across the screen, like this:

    Item 1: Day, Week, Month, Year, Item 2: Day, Week, Month, Year, Item 3: Day, Week, Month, Year, Item 4: Day, Week, Month, Year

    It is possible, after a submission, for the report generating tool (or by some other means) to present each 'Item', and its associated fields, in a new row?

    I would like to confirm James if you mean that headers are being in one row horizontally and you would like the headers to be shown in the spreadsheet in a column - vertically?

    Or would you like to split the content of the cell so that the data in it is no longer in just one cell, but each on its own?
