We use many forms that utilize the multiple file upload button.  We receive many files successfully most of the time but occasionally the result of the form will come trough but not the file (as shown in the attachment). It doesn’t appear to be related to file size or form. It appears to be random but I am not sure. Any suggestions?

    Argyris,

Your file upload field is not set as required. That means that anyone can submit on your form without uploading any files at all. It might be possible that the people who submitted without uploading files did not see the file upload field or may have forgotten to upload a file.

The perfect solution to your problem is to set this field as required. While on edit mode, click on your upload field then toggle the Required button on.

Hope you find this tip useful.
