How do you e-mail the same form to multiple recipients without over-writing the form each time one responds?

I need to send out a new form that requests individual input from a group of recipients and would like to send the form once as a group e-mail to all the recipients at one time; however, am unsure that each of their responses will be submitted back separately for viewing (instead of being over-written because there's only one form).

Do I need to clone my form for each user and send it out separately so that it gets returned separately to the system?

I'd appreciate any details and instructions you can provide because I've searched through your current Help topics and could not find anything.  THANK YOU.

I understand that you want to receive responses from a group of people for the same JotForm. It is not required to clone the JotForm for each user. The same form can be used by any number of people and the submissions received are available separately from the submissions view. You can view the submissions for each JotForm by following the guide below :

Hope this information helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions. We will be happy to help.
