I don't receive my jotform email anymore!! checked my email server and no problem at my end!!

I check one of your most used forms and I found your email address (email@example.com). I checked the bounce list and the results show that it is not in it.
I checked your email notifications and it appears that everything is inline. If you are using an Email Client such as Microsoft Outlook, please note that these applications can block incoming mails from Jotform because it might see it as a spam. I would recommend accessing your webmail to see if these mails are coming in but are failing to synchronize with your Email client. You can follow this guide that will help to locate your email logs.
