Why are my forms from my Adobe Form Cental not importing?

I have attempted to import my forms from Adobe Forms Central with no success. Please advise.

Did you use the current import tool at:

http://support.jotform.com/formscentral/

Or one of the older methods we had initially put out?

The import process should only take 2 minutes or so per form and around 10minutes for the data related to each.  If the new tool is not allowing you to import your forms currently, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
