I have problems uploading images

Hi guys. We were just creating formats on the platform but suddenly we can't upload images anymore, I mean images on the current format we are creating. Why is that so? Please help, we need to fix this. Thanks.

I was able to add .jpg, .gif and .png images to your form. Can you please share the image in question with us? So we will see if it needs to be converted or there is something else.
