When I try to set up payment options I get the message that I have already set up a payment option and I have not.
How do I find out which payment option has been set up? I've clicked on each and get the same error message.

Unfortunately, I was unable to see your screenshot.
But, I think you're referring to this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50406516512951
If this is correct it does have indeed a Payment Tool added.
You can find it below the checkbox field.
You need to either configure it or delete it if you want to use another Payment processor.
