My forms aren't importing from AdobeAsked by SwRI on February 11, 2015 at 04:26 PM
I tried it around 24 hours ago via http://support.jotform.com/formscentral/ and again a few minutes ago - nothing is happening. I verified that my Adobe Forms username and password I provided are correct, they are - still nothing is happening.
I apologize for waiting.
Please note that every day there are much more people coming to our system from Adobe and using our import tools.
I can assure you that our tools will import your forms and their data (if that is what you selected and which I would recommend) as soon as your data is reached in the queue it will be imported to our system and you will be notified about it through the email.
Once again, I would like to apologize and ask you to please be patient and give us a bit more time.
When this post was created: Import Both Your Forms and Responses in a Single Step from Adobe FormsCentral we had already imported over 500 accounts to our system and each day the amount of people coming over is increasing, but we are doing our best to make sure that the tools work as fast as possible.
Please do feel free to let us now if it does not get imported in a day or two and we could raise this to our team that is looking over and developing the tool to see if they can give you any info about when it would be finished.
I am sorry for contacting you again, but I would wondering if you can please just let us know if you have tried importing only Forms or Forms and forms data/submissions as well?
I'm trying to import forms and data. I don't need the data of all my forms, but did not see a way to separate things out.
I did checked your jotform account/username SwRI
and I only see one form which it seems not an imported formcentral form.
Using the custom import tool should have taken only on time range of 45mins - 2hrs for the form itself(excluding data) to appear on your My forms JotForm account.
Navigate to our Import Forms page, click on "Import Form":
Import time might vary though, because jobs a queued and they are processed in the time they arrive by the system.
May I request to retry it for the last time... please use this link instead https://www.jotform.com/formscentral/ to start the import.
I am worried that you might have used a different link originally (this one http://support.jotform.com/formscentral/) -- it is not the wrong link, but it was on different location, so it might have affected the process also.
Please let us know of the results if successful or not...
Just checked your account and I see that both yourforms and response data has arrived.
