I have a camp sign up form that has 4 options of camps for up to 3 different students. I need to know if there is a way to collect the number of times a single camp is signed up for so that I can then use the conditions to send a different message to the user.

I know I could use the Unique ID to find the number of form submissions but I need to know the number of camps selected within each form submission.

    EXAMPLE:

    Student 1: Camp A & C

    Student 2: Camp B & C

    Student 3: Camp C

I need to know that camp C has 3 students, camp A and B have one student each. I can then use this information to set conditions.

    Any Ideas?

I understand that you want to count the number of camps selected individually for each form submission. I am trying to workout with the inbuilt conditions. Please allow me some time to work on it and get back to you with relevant information.

    Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for being patient. I was able to get this done by separating the checkboxes into individual items. That is each camp for every student is having individual checkbox rather a group of checkboxes.

Please see the demo JotForm if that works for you.

The total of camps are being provided in the second page by totaling each camp checkboxes.

Hope this works for you. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

    Thanks!

So does this add up each time a submission is created? I need to count them from all forms. Like an inventory.

No. This method is applicable only for individual form submission. Do you mean to count them for all the submissions of registration form? Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve your requirement with the inbuilt features. UniqueID widget can also be added only once on a form. However, if you have a limit to registrations, the widgets Ticket Purchases, Gift Registry might be useful for you. Please take a look at these widgets and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you!
