Unsucessful login

I have a username and password established in December 2013. I am able to log in to where my forms are. When selecting one it asks me to login again to edit. It repeats the request to login over and over. How come?

I checked your account and there does not appear to be any issues.  I would recommend clearing your browsers cache/cookies to make sure a previous session is not interfering with your current one.  If that does not work, if possible try a different web browser to see if that will allow you to use your forms.
