how can I upload from an already created form?

I have 2 documents that I need to put into JotForm from Acrobat, how can I upload it into Jotform? 

If you want to only upload the files, you can use one of your forms, for example, this one: http://www.jotform.us/form/50258537922156 and submit them.

Then in your submissions screen you'll be able to retrieve the links of the uploaded files.

Or, if you want to embed a pdf file in your form then you can use the PDF embedder widget.
