I have upgraded your account but still my forms are disabled.

    I have recently upgraded to one of your paid accounts but keep getting the following mail.  Can you please update whatever is generating this email please:

    Hello adam.barker,

    I have taken care of your account issues. Your subscription payment was not applied to your account as your username was not added on your subscription payment.

    Now your account is in good shape and all your forms should be working fine. Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.
