Why is nothing working in edit mode?

    Trying to edit an existing form from my account, and it goes squirrely every time I try to add a field.  I have logged out and back in, switched internet browsers, even restarted my computer, but the same issue persists.  A small icon (for instance, a small box with PayPal written in it) appears where I dragged the form tool, but nothing else happens.  This occurred both with a PayPal tool, as well as several of the quick tools like text box.


    Looks like it's something on your end.  Any insight?

    I did some checks on your inquiry and everything appears to be fine on our side. All Quick and Payment Tools add to the form just fine. Did you try clearing your browser cache to see if it would have resolved your issue? If not, please do and let us know the outcome. We will await your response.
