I see that you wish to cancel your jotform subscription but can't log into our site it seems?
Do you happen to have the subscription reference number?
What is your jotform account username so that we can check on this for you?
I checked your email address "email@example.com" but I am unable to locate any order for a subscription nor any username for it either. Currently I only found a guest account.
Did you sign up using a different email address possibly?
