Use Text To Represent A URL In My Notification

    Hello, 

     

    I have a workflow automation that sends an uploaded file through jotform to a user for review.  Only when they receive the link, the entire url is visible.  

     

    Is it possible to send them the masked link (just the document type) like it shows in the jotform notification?

    If I am not mistaken , I believe you would like to use short text to represent a link in your notification? If so, this is possible by using the Insert/Edit Link option in the Compose Email window. Please view the screen shots below.
