How can I add the options in the field

how can I add the selected options in one field (in drop menu or check box). then to use the total of this field in the calculation of the general total

Here's how you can do a calculation in the form: http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form.

I saw that you have already figured out on how to add a calculation value. However, you cannot add the fields to it so I have removed the formula. And for the "Options" field, I would suggest using Checkbox Field instead since you would like to calculation the multiple selections.
