    For some reason my submit button does not work on my website.

    I am struggling to find out why my "submit" button does not work on the jotfom in our webpage.

    This is the jotfom

    Hi,

    It's a possible conflict to the page between the form and your website scripts. Just simply re-embed the form using our iFrame method to fix that.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    But unfortunately it did not work.

    I even placed it in a code block on my site as well.

    Any other suggestions?

    Hi mymarketingassistant,

    After reviewing your webpage, I am seeing that you form has not been embedded using the iFrame code.

    As stated by my colleague this issue appears to be caused by a conflict on your webpage, as there is no issue submitting the form when using the direct link.

    Please change the current embed method to the iFrame code, if you are still having the issue please allow the iFrame code to stay on the webpage so that we can inspect it.
