Email notifications are no longer being received on submissions

at least the the finnish form doest sent it but i dont know how to check ENGLISH and ITALY with out needing to use my credit card for the last section.

I took a look at the page for contact form: http://kohtaodivers.com/index.php/en/contact-us/contact-info, to see which jotform is that, but when I took a look now I have noticed that the form is not using <form> element which is needed to make the submission.

Using the iframe embedding option that I have mentioned on the previous thread will however resolve this issue.
