We've just exceeded our limit. The reason for this would appear to be due to an error somewhere on our form or on the system (probably the former).
Each time we submit a form it would appear to be generating at least 20 submissions!?!?!?
Are you able to assist please?
I took a look at the submissions, and if you take a look, the person that had submitted the data seems to have refreshed your page several times.
Notice the time difference:
Based on the times it seems that they were made 2 per second (and I do not see anyone else having the same issues on our system).
I have also tried submitting your jotform, but it only submitted once (as it should).
It looks like they did it 64 times and you can see that there was a single entry on the 2015-02-16 16:10:47 by a different person which did not duplicate at all - meaning that it is only the issue with that one person.
I will lower your submissions for 64 from 1003 so it will now be 939.
To not have this done again by someone (refreshing submit so many times), please add Form Captcha to the jotform, which will only allow them a single submission - refresh would not work.
I wanted to update you in regards to this issue. I will raise this to our developers just in case that there is an issue that was causing this so that we can find and correct it.
If it was an issue, our developers will get back to you once it is resolved - this is just to make sure that there are not any issues around this.
I would like to ask you, if you have not done so already to not delete the submissions so that they can gather details around the mentioned submissions.
