We have a price matrix for different travel packages. If a person stays at location A with a party of 3 that will produce a different price then a person who is staying at location B with a party of 10.

    Hello Luke,

It is possible to perform calculations using JotForm by adding Form Calculation widget to the form. Also, we can add some rules to the form for checking conditions. However, if you can provide us with little more information with your requirement we would be able to guide you in the right direction.

We will wait for your response.

I am not sure. I probably don't know how to effectively use the calculator. I have 3 data points "arrival," "Destination" and "quantity of people" each with unique values. When the user fills out the form, depending on which variables are selected I need the jotform to produce a designated price that user can then order. This is for a transportation service to go to and from 3 airport options to 5 hotel options with 2 capacity options. I can also be reached by phone.

This is what I have so far

I am sorry 4 data points because there is a "One Way" or "Round Trip" option that effects the price as well

Thank you for providing additional information. At the moment, I am think of adding conditions to calculate the final price.

I've cloned your JotForm and made some modifications by adding conditions to work with first two rows of the spreadsheet shared. I have used the option Update a form field value from the conditions wizard to send the price by setting some rules as below :

If you see the set condition below, I have set some rules to check the arrival and departure and number of people to set the value to one way calculation field.

I see that the price is exactly doubled the price of oneway for round trips. So, I have added another condition to multiply the one way with 2 when Two way is selected.

The One way price and Final price fields are hidden on the JotForm. Please see the demo form below and feel free to clone it to your account for making any modifications.

In order to add new conditions, you can click on + sign on the set condition to duplicate it.

Hope this works for you. Please do not hesitate to get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
