We are looking to sign up for and use JotForm as a replacement for Adobe Forms Central. I attempted to register last week, however I never received a confirmation email. When I select the send password reset instructions, the email never arrives. I have checked my junk folder repeatedly. Any idea what's happening?

I see that there are 3 guest accounts and a free account sortega801 registered with this email ID. However, the free account is not having forms while a guest account is having 2 JotForms.
I've moved these two forms to your registered account and sent the password reset instructions. Please reset the password by clicking on the reset link so that you'll be able to login into your account.
