Multi-page Form Embedded on Wordpress Site Does Not Proceed on Next Page

Asked by reasa on February 16, 2015 at 07:41 PM

What is the fix??? I have a multipage form some longer than others but it simply doesn't work at all when only using the embed script, even in your preview test doesn't work either. The next page buttons are useless. you may take a look here http://juntasreceptoras.com/test-form/

And the iframe embed code it does not auto height, even if with the height:auto with or without the script below the iframe code. Also get a long blank space bellow (about 30,000 px) because of the number of fields the my form has.

I see in all your threads about it that is a long problem not solved yet (february 2015). Maybe is not an issue for short or simple forms but when is a multipage long form embed in a website, is another story. Even using your wp plugin does not work either.

I know Jotform is the best for form creation, today is even better than 3 or 5 years ago BUT you can be even better if you develop bullet proof embed ways for non programmers like me.

    Thanks guys

Thank you for your appreciation to JotForm, our developers are continuously improving the form builder, and that includes ways on how to easily let our users to embed their forms to different websites or platform, it would be a challenge as different platforms are continuously make changes to their system. The iFrame code is also another issue, the <script> code that is included on it should be working to auto resize the form, but unfortunately it does not work. That is why in our tutorial here, we note that using iFrame user should set specific height.

Upon checking your form and the website, I see there are errors shown,

I also see that there are a lot widgets that you used in your form, there might be some script conflict that causes the form to not proceed on the next page.

I cloned your form and tested it on my Wordpress site, I presume that you are using this plugin (http://apps.jotform.com/app/form_generator_for_wordpress), or use the short hand code found in this tutorial: http://www.jotform.com/help/174-Wordpress-Plugin-for-Wordpress-org-version-. With that, I was able to recreate the problem.

I will escalate this to our developers so that they can investigate further and see if they can fix it on their end.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Kind regards
