Hi there,
I just realised that a used coupon shows up as “has never been used” although it is only allowed to be used one time.
What can I do?

Hello,
I checked how the form was embedded on your website and it appears that iFrame method was not used. When you add the embed code directly to your web page it is possible that your website's custom scripts can affect the form's functionality. Can you re-embed your form using the iFrame method to see if there will be a change in this situation. I checked your form and it appears that all else is in order. Do let us know how it goes. Looking forward to your response.
Cheers! -

Thanks for the reply. I actually use iframe method on the website :-/
As you can see from the booking and paypal receipt the voucher was accepted by jotform and used but it is still valid although it should only be able to use it once.

I've tried cloning your JotForm and added two coupons to it. Then made a transaction using Sandbox account to make sure that the feature is working fine and I see that the coupon is being displayed that it is used for 1 time.
Also, as I check on your JotForm with the coupon it is displaying that the coupon is expired.
This ensures that the coupon cannot be used more than once or misused. This may be the issue with the form caches. Please try clearing the form and browser caches and see if it displays correctly. Also, please see if it happens with any of the other coupons available.
Let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to help.
Thanks!
