Using autoresponder to send confirmation contract of sale

I fill this form with clients from the phone.

The customer will receive this form by mail. What can I do so that I have a security that the customer accepts the contract of sale.

If I understand you correctly, you want to send an email containing the contract to the user who fills up your form. Am I right?

I'm not sure if you already know it, we actually have a feature called Autoresponder. You can actually edit the content of the email by using the email builder. You can add the contents of the contract here or you can include an external link for a PDF if you prefer.

Based on the video, are you referring to the table that is aligned on the center. It is actually the default style of the table to be aligned on the center. Another thing that you need to consider is that sometimes, the email client or email program has it's default settings as well for html email.

You can create your own table format if you like. If you want to use the answer provided by the user then you need to use the form field name. For example, you can use {fullName3} so that the full name of the user will be printed.

e.g. Your name is {fullName3}.

You can also click the items under the Form Fields at the left so that it will provide the proper field name.

No, because once they click the link, it will go to another page that is not from JotForm. You will only get email from JotForm using the Notifications and Autoresponder.

It is not possible in JotForm. You need to add a tracker or a counter on the web page so that once the customer click the link from the email, it will open the web page where the script is. You can use Google Analytics or some other tracker tool.
