    FormsCentral: Submission data is not yet imported.

    I have been able to important my forms from FormsCentral perfectly! But.... it won't bring over the data. What should I do?

    Hello WhitneyG,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Can you please confirm when did you try to import your form and responses? Please be noted that once you provide FormsCentral form URL or login credentials in our "Migration Tool", forms will be imported anywhere between 45 minutes to 2 hours but import of responses / submissions can take a little more time. 

    We receive lots of migration request on a daily basis and all data migration requests are actually queued. It may take sometime before your submission data is imported to your JotForm account. Do let us know when you tried to import the data and based on that we can request our back end team to look into your issue.

    I am having the same issue. Forms came over fairly quickly, within a couple of hours. But it has been about 18 hours and no submissions.

    Hopefully, this is proper for this site. I was going to submit my own thread, but since I am having the same issue, I added to this one.
