How do I change my username?

How do I change my username? is that possible?

I saw in your previous post that you wanted us to change your username from "kerigrant" to "danutacase".

I checked this and according to your email and ip addresses I found out that it appears you've already created a second account so it wouldn't be possible to change the username because of that.

If you want we can transfer the forms and then delete your current account so that you can use everything under that if you wish. We will await a response before any further action is taken.

Okay. Currently the main account is: kerigrant. We want to change it to danutacase.

 

I just deleted any subaccount associated with kerigrant.

 

After you've changed the main account name, I will later add her as a subaccount, and we want the username kerigrant to be available. I hope that fixes it. Thanks

My apologies if I wasn't explaining the situation clear enough.

I am unable to change the username to "danutacase" because there is already an account as I stated above for "danutacase" and it is associated with the same email address which is danutacase@elim.edu that is used for "kerigrant". For that reason I cannot change the username since that username is taken which was the reason for my explanation above.

This means that you can either choose a different username or alternatively we can change the account name for that account that is using to then reassign it to your current one. Alternatively we could just transfer everything there and then delete the account if you wish.

I think in my opinion the easiest way would be for us to change the username for the account using the name you wanted to switch out Kerigrant for then we can change your Kerigrant Account to the above username per your request to "Danutacase". Would that be okay with you? If so let me know and i'll go ahead and fix this problem for you now.

Okay, she said the previous account danutacase danutacase@elim.edu you can just delete. And please make the changes of kerigrant to danutacase now.

She had just dabbled in it before to see what it was like, and doesn't need anything saved it from it either.

Please let me know if this isn't possible.
