How can I prevent submissions with the same entry?

    I've gone to form limits and chosen a field to not allow previously entered data. However, when I tested to make sure it would work, it still allowed me to enter the same data into that field and successfully submit. I want to cut down on submissions by limiting nominations for the same person on a form

    When I test submitted the form, I was able to see the strict/unique submission working.

    There are cases when IP checked will not work on some network. Like those network that assign random IP address, or configuration that block IP checked.  This is usually the possible reason why this feature will not work.

    Can you confirm that you were able to reproduce the issue on your own network? Or was it from a different user of your form.
